As per 24JAN12 GDS timetable and inventory display, ETIHAD from 01MAR12 is adjusting operational schedule on Abu Dhabi – Shanghai Pu Dong route upon service launch. Departure from Abu Dhabi is moving from morning hours to night-time. This plan was previously planned to start from Winter 2012/13 schedule, but the airline has moved forward the plan. In addition, the airline starting 25MAR12 will be using larger capacity Airbus A330-300 instead of -200 on this route. SriLankan Airlines starting 24JUL12 is introducing 5th weekly service to Tokyo Narita, with flight operates on Mondays from Colombo and Tuesdays from Tokyo Narita. All 5 weekly flights operates as Colombo – Tokyo Narita vv, as the airline is no longer operating selected service via Male in the Maldives (Reported on this site last week).
