As per 02MAR12 GDS timetable and inventory display, CSA Czech Airlines is cancelling Prague – Helsinki service, with last flight operating on 14MAR12 from PRG, 15MAR12 from HEL. The Skyteam member carrier starting 12MAR12 once again will codeshare on Finnair’s service on this route, which AY operates up to 2 Daily. CSA originally planned to increase service to 10 weekly in Summer 2012 season. As of 02MAR12, both Amadeus and Sabre’s timetable listing are displaying Vietnam Airlines planning to start scheduled International service from the Central Vietnamese city of Da Nang. Per display, the Skyteam member is planning 2 weekly each on Da Nang – Beijing and Da Nang – Guangzhou route on board Airbus A321 aircraft. At time this post goes to press, Vietnam Airlines’ inventory display is not showing these flights, therefore reservation is not available. As per 02MAR12 GDS timetable and inventory display, AEROFLOT starting 25MAR12 is adjusting Moscow Sheremetyevo – Khabarovsk planned operation, as part of the network alignment within the AEROFLOT Group. From 25MAR12, AEROFLOT operating service will transfer to OrenAir, which the latter will operate this service with Boeing 777-200ER aircraft. AEROFLOT operating service begins from 01JUN12 with Airbus A330-200 aircraft. After this adjustment, AEROFLOT Group member carrier AEROFLOT, Vladivostok Air and OrenAir will both operate 1 Daily each on this route from 01JUN12. Druk Air – Royal Bhutan Airlines starting 17MAY12 is launching Paro – Kolkata – Singapore service, on board Airbus A319 aircraft. The A319 aircraft features 20 Business and 94 Economy Class seats. In the airline’s press release on its Singapore website, the airline says Kolkata is a refuelling stop, and reservation should begin shortly.
