bmibaby Closes Operation from September 2012 Posted: 03 May 2012 11:00 PM PDT Update at 0600GMT 04MAY12 bmibaby on Thursday (03MAY12) announced that it’ll stop all operations from 10SEP12, as the airline’s future is being evaluated by the International Airlines Group (IAG), followed by the sale of bmi to IAG. The airline will stop operation in 2 phases, with 19 routes cancelled from 11JUN12, while the remaining will be cancelled from 10SEP12.
