As per 17JUN11 GDS timetable display, Hainan Airlines is adjusting following International service during Winter 2011/12 season, effective 30OCT11.
Additional changes remains possible:

Beijing – Budapest Service in W11 continues to operate 2 weekly with Airbus A330, identical to S11. This route in W10 was 3 weekly.
Beijing – Dubai – Khartoum Bi-weekly service CANCELED.
Beijing – Toronto Service reduce from 3 weekly (Day 136) to 2 weekly (Day 36). However, service will operate 3 times a week from 10DEC11 to 24DEC11 and 28DEC11 to 14JAN12
Hangzhou – Shenzhen – Sydney Service continues to operate 2 weekly (Day 16; Day 27 from SYD), reduced from 3 in NW10

Kuwait Airways yesterday (16JUN11) resumed service to Istanbul, operating Kuwait City – Istanbul Ataturk route 3 times a week, with a mix of Airbus A300 aircraft.
This route appears to be seasonal as the carrier will operate this route until 15SEP11.

China’s Sichuan Airlines says it’ll launch 4 new Domestic routes out of Harbin in Northern China, with the addition of basing 3rd A319 at Harbin. The airline says since late-March 2011, it has based 2 Airbus A319 overnight in this Northeastern Chinese city.
All new routes will be operated by Airbus A319, starting 27JUN11. Routes and schedules:

As per 17JUN11 GDS timetable and inventory display, Virgin Atlantic is canceling service on London Gatwick – Kingston service starting the launch of Northern Summer 2012 season, effective 25MAR12.
It’ll continue to operate service to Montego Bay twice a week. The airline also announced it’ll launch London Gatwick – Cancun service starting June 2012. Schedule will be loaded into the GDS sometimes in July 2011.

JetBlue in Winter 2011 season is expanding service to Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
From 15DEC11, the airline will introduce seasonal Boston – St. Thomas on board Airbus A320. Inbound service operates via San Juan. Also from the same day, it’ll expand service from San Juan, where it is the largest carrier in Puerto Rico, with new San Juan – St. Thomas twice daily flights, followed by San Juan – St. Croix on the following day. These routes operate with Embraer E190.
