Philippine Airlines Modifies Middle East Operation in W13; Adds Premium Economy on A330-300 Posted: 31 Jul 2013 12:20 AM PDT Update at 0720GMT 31JUL13 Based on latest data appeared in the GDS as of 31JUL13, Philippine Airlines is adding Premium Economy Cabin on its all-Economy A330-300 aircraft. Premium Economy Cabin will occupy the first 5 rows of the A330-300 cabin, with 39 seats.
