The Star Alliance member also operates 5 weekly to Mashad, 14 weekly to Tehran, and 4 weekly to Shiraz, offering a total of 30 weekly to Iran. The Skyteam member from 04JUL11 is launching 2 weekly Yancheng – Seoul Incheon service on board Airbus A320, its 11th Chinese city to Seoul. Also, the airline is starting Xi’An – Phuket charter service with Airbus A320 as well. CA925/926 from that date will be operated by Boeing 777-200 once again, replacing 737-800, which has been operating instead of the widebody jet since March Earthquake. Overall capacity offered on this route will be close to pre-Earthquake level. On Monday’s (04JUL11) Boeing 787 Media Event at Tokyo Haneda Airport, ANA CEO Shinichiro Ito has revealed its First Boeing 787 Commercial service will be either Tokyo Haneda – Hiroshima or Tokyo Haneda – Okayama. Boeing plans to deliver the First 787 to the Star Alliance member in August and September time frame. Follow up post will be made available when the route and flight is being announced at later date.
