As per 26JUL11 GDS inventory display, additional changes to Singapore Airlines’ Winter 2011/12 operation as follows.
Note additional changes remain possible.

Singapore – Abu Dhabi Overall service increase from 7 to 11 weekly with following adjustment
Singapore – Abu Dhabi – Riyadh: 4 weekly 777-300 service, replace 1-stop via Dubai
Singapore – Abu Dhabi – Kuwait: Existing 3 weekly service to Kuwait will be canceled. Abu Dhabi sector remains unchanged
Singapore – Abu Dhabi – Jeddah: 4 weekly A330-300 service remains unchanged

Korean Air and ASIANA AIRLINES this week will each launch 2 weekly Seoul Incheon – Tunxi/Huangshan service.
Korean Air operates the service with Boeing 737-900 from 28JUL11, while ASIANA operates Airbus A320 aircraft from 30JUL11.

Starting 02AUG11, TAM is converting 2nd Daily Sao Paulo – Orlando flight to year-round service, on board Airbus A330-200 aircraft. Previously the 2nd Daily flight operates during peak season, which is currently schedule to end on 31JUL11.

As per 26JUL11 GDS timetable display, American Airlines is suspending New York JFK – Tokyo Haneda service once again. For New York JFK departure, service is suspended from 04SEP11 to 31MAY12. Tokyo Haneda departure is suspended from 06SEP11 to 02JUN12.

TACV Cabo Verde Airlines has launched weekly Ilha do Sal – Barcelona service, operating on Saturdays with Boeing 757. Starting 24SEP11, service will combine with existing weekly Madrid service, operating as Ilha do Sal – Barcelona – Madrid – Ilha do Sal routing.

American Airlines starting November 2011 is expanding service out of Ft. Lauderdale market, with the NEW Ft. Lauderdale – Los Angeles Daily flight.
The oneWorld member is also adding additional service from Chicago in 2 phases (Nov 2011 / Feb 2012) and Dallas in Feb 2012.

Southwest Airlines has unveiled highlights for the second-half of its 2011/12 Winter schedule, which is in effect fro 08JAN12.
The airline is starting and resuming 5 nonstop routes, while exits 12 nonstop markets.

Following Routes to be resumed from 07JAN12:

Turkish Airlines starting 12SEP11 is launching its 4th destination in Saudi Arabia, where it’ll offer 3 weekly Istanbul – Dammam service, with Airbus A319 aircraft.
