The new JetBlue Airways daily service will begin on November 15, 2011, subject to government approval. If approved, the service will represent Westchester County Airport's only international flight.

International Airlines Group has confirmed a firm order for eight Airbus A330-300s for Iberia's fleet following the preliminary memorandum of understanding the company signed earlier this year regarding the aircraft.

With the introduction of its winter schedule, American Airlines is launching daily service between Fort Lauderdale and Los Angeles and is increasing its service from the South Florida city to Chicago O'Hare and Dallas/Fort Worth.

Southwest Airlines is adding four new routes in January and a fifth in February as part of its flight schedule for January 8 through March 9, 2012.
